Dr. Michael Foley served as Senior Pastor of Ormond Beach Presbyterian Church from 2005 to 2020. On Sunday, September 13, 2020, the congregation bestowed upon Dr. Foley the highest honor given a long-standing retiring pastor – the honorary title of Pastor Emeritus. Dr. Foley served as Interim Pastor to Lighthouse Christ Presbyterian Church in Ormond Beach from 2021-2023.

Dr. Foley earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 1998 and his Master of Divinity degree from McCormick Theological Seminary in 1979. Dr. Foley was elected as Moderator of Central Florida Presbytery in 2011. He is currently serving Central Florida Presbytery as a member of the Presbytery Council and Chair of the Presbytery Stewardship and Generosity Committee. Dr. Foley has served as a Coach and Consultant for the Acts 16:5 Initiative and the Barnabas Leadership Group.

Dr. Foley is married to Janet, who is a Certified Diabetes Educator. They live in Ormond Beach near their son Jason and their two wonderful grandchildren.
